As an analyst at Topicus, you play an indispensable role throughout the entire development process. You work directly with clients and development teams to arrive at the best solutions. Whether you’re a business analyst, information analyst, or data analyst, you dig deep into the question behind the question and ensure that users will truly benefit in the end. 

With us, you’ll have the freedom to do what you’re good at and to grow. Whether you already have experience with BI tools, data science, or process analysis, or are just starting out in the field, we’ll work together to find a team and division that’s the right fit for you. As an analyst, you’re often the client’s first point of contact. You identify stakeholders, map out processes, lead refinements, and manage multiple internal development teams. You’ll work in a hybrid model, set your own hours in consultation with your team, and choose your own work equipment using a personal work budget.
