The Partner Manager is crucial in supporting the continued growth of Fyndoo by developing and nurturing strong partner relationships. Your work as a Partner Manager

Your work entails:

  • Ensuring partner coverage in Europe (EU and UK) by creating new partner relationships and nurturing existing ones. Your focus will be on developing partnerships with Consulting firms and System Integrators who can help our customers successfully implement Fyndoo in their businesses.

  • Executing the complete partner lifecycle, including onboarding, training & certification, business planning and day-to-day business relationship.

  • Creating opportunities and aligning the partner and Fyndoo sales team to drive joint wins. Supporting the partner with pre-sales and resources in order to enable commercial success.

  • Coordinating with Fyndoo Professional Services to ensure successful client implementations with our partners.

  • Traveling to (potential) partners if and when necessary.

Required experience and skills

You are an experienced business developer or partner manager. You have a thorough knowledge and network in consulting firms and system integrators. You have previously worked for a technology company, preferably a FinTech company.

  • You have worked in different business cultures in various countries. You like to travel.
  • You are a digital native and understand the impact of technology in financial services. You understand what drives the partners business and are able to communicate the opportunity of working with Fyndoo. You are used to communicating at all levels and from all perspectives: from technical architects to business executives.
  • You have a minimum of four years of relevant experience. Experience in financial services or strategy consulting is preferred.
  • Your organizational, presentation, and communication skills are of the highest level (English).
  • You are eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Afhankelijk van de maatregelen gesteld door het RIVM is het weer mogelijk om fysiek langs te komen op kantoor. Je bent van harte welkom om een kop koffie te drinken, een dagdeel mee te lopen en/of aan te sluiten bij onze maandelijkse Gifkikker borrel (iedere eerste donderdag van de maand, Singel 25 in Deventer).
In principe zijn alle vacatures die online staan tussen de 32 en 40 uur per week, zo niet staat dat expliciet aangegeven in de vacaturetekst. Mocht je minder of meer uur per week willen werken dan staat aangegeven, neem dan even contact op met de desbetreffende recruiter om de mogelijkheden te bespreken.

De richtlijnen van Topicus met betrekking tot COVID-19 en thuiswerken lopen parallel aan de richtlijnen van de overheid. De richtlijn is momenteel ‘thuiswerken waar het kan, op het werk wanneer het nodig is’. Momenteel hanteren wij daarom een pandbezetting van 50 procent. Wij vinden de balans tussen productiviteit en sociale contacten erg belangrijk. Als de overheid de richtlijnen los laat, dan hanteert Topicus een hybride vorm voor op kantoor werken en thuiswerken. Concreet betekent dit dat het uitgangspunt is dat je minimaal drie dagen op kantoor werkt en maximaal twee dagen thuis bij een fulltime dienstverband. Hoe dit er precies uit ziet is per team verschillend en in overleg.
